Andrew Clancy has been working closely with my real-estate agency’s since 2001. Unlike most trades people Andrew is always reliable, extremely hardworking and honest, equally important he offers exceptionally competitive rates and quotations. Andrew will always go the extra mile, he enjoys thinkingoutside the square to find economical solutions to difficult problems.
There is not a thing Andrew finds “to hard” or “does not have time to do”, he always makes time and had been known to work late in order to meet deadlines.
Andrew is very diverse with the scope of work he looks after for our tenants and landlords ranging from nternal and external painting, basic and intricate repairs , landscaping, building furniture and decking, along with more basic jobs including rubbish removal.
On a lighter note he is always a delight to be around, at times he graces us with his lovely voice and he always brings to work his good sense of humor.

To Who It May Concern in regard to Andrew James Clancy’s work
I have known and employed Andrew to do so many jobs for me over the past 5 years and have found Andrew , to be so reliable, consistent and always positive in his work
Nothing is too small or too hard for him, and he has worked for me in my house, Unit, Farm, investment properties, friends places, my kids places and always comes on time, always prepared to do anything you ask, and works very long hard hours and sings while he works, a real joy
He has steamed clean places, painted inside and outside homes, for me, sometimes being asked to do a few colours and detail work on walls, and he loves a challenge, He has painted ceilings and doors and windows and always prepares all for a totally professional finish. He offers valuable suggestions and keeps you in the loop with the latest and greatest. He has tiled for me, painted and regrouted tiles in bathrooms and kitchens, replaced glass and pavers, small plumbing and electrical jobs, gutters and roofing, and built furniture and replaced kitchens and bathrooms, after measuring and ordering, has then installed. Some pieces he has actually built, as his carpentry work is pure gold. He has made the most beautiful tables with love and care, and also worked in gardens, roofing, and balconies and put up artwork and pictures for me, and is so exacting and precise all the time.
Andrew has also organised a team to replace a full veranda and skylights, sourcing the best wood and team to do this massive job, it was in Berry and he realised the job was even bigger than anticipated, and new foundations were needed, and also a new roof too, so he sourced workers, cranes, in the area to help him, and acted as foreman to complete this huge job to perfection, Just such a brilliant worker and time management expert, and , on this job there was so much rain and he laughed and joked and kept all in good spirits.
Andrew also has helped my son move and packed, lifted, carried and drove a hired van or his van to his new place, after he had painted and fixed his old house and readied his new unit for living. Putting up awnings and curtains. We could not have done this without Andrew and his professionalism
Andrew has also sourced goods for me on the web and checked with me if the item is the correct one too, so a very hands on person and one I will always use and totally trust, as he is just so special and positive.
He arrives when he says and if running late, lets you know, so there is no idle wait time
I would totally recommend Andrew for any work, and he is a pure joy to have work for you, as he smiles, comes prepared, is focused and works damn hard, no matter what you ask of him
